Gloria Bailon is a Compliance Director, who makes sure that LPM’s affordable portfolio follows HUD and tax credit guidelines. Gloria has worked in the real estate industry since 2001, and she joined LPM in 2003.
Gloria graduated from Colegio de Bachilleres de Baja California with a degree in accounting, and she enjoys cooking in her spare time. Regarding LPM, Gloria says, “Growing with LPM over the past 16 years has been a wonderful experience, and I look forward to what the future holds for us.”
