Martha Enriquez

President & CEO of Logan Property Management, Inc. (LPM)

Martha Enriquez is the President & CEO of Logan Property Management, Inc. (LPM). Martha has almost 15 years of experience in management, with a background in Asset Management and Human Resources. Before founding LPM, she worked for over two years as an Asset Manager for The Amerland Group, an affordable housing developer, handling over 1,300 units. Her responsibilities included rehabilitation and stabilization of new acquisitions, as well as assisting with the compilation of the developer’s due diligence for lenders and investors. In this capacity Martha dealt extensively with both the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee, assuring that the developer was in compliance at all times with both agencies’ rigorous requirements.

In addition, Martha has successfully completed the following courses: Novogradac LIHTC Compliance certification, the AHMA Occupancy Specialist course, the Ross Management Resident Selection and Waiting List Management course, and the Spectrum Tax Credit Compliance certification.

Bethany Spooner

Director of Human Resources for LPM

Bethany Spooner is the Director of Human Resources for LPM. Bethany graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2000 with a B.S. in Human Development. Prior to joining LPM in 2005, she worked for five years in financial services specializing in the real estate and property management industries. Her responsibilities include recruitment and staffing, employee training and development, and the implementation of safety programs.

Lani Yee

Controller for LPM

Lani Yee is the Controller for LPM. Lani graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2001 with a B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting. She passed the CPA exam in 2002. Prior to working at LPM, she worked for three years at Novogradac & Company LLP, a public accounting firm specializing in the LIHTC industry. While working there she was a Senior Accountant and performed audit, tax, and consulting services for various developer clients including The Amerland Group.

Gloria Bailon

HUD & Tax Credit Compliance Specialist for LPM

Gloria Bailon is the HUD & Tax Credit Compliance Specialist for LPM. Gloria has been working in the affordable housing property management arena since 1997. She has been both an Onsite Manager and an Assistant Manager at The Amerland Group properties. She has 7 years of experience with Section 8 housing and enhanced voucher programs, and has been involved with tax credit compliance since 1999. Gloria’s qualifications include: AHMA Occupancy Specialist certification, EPS (TRACS) Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System, Novogradac LIHTC Compliance certification, and AHMA Resident Selection and Wait-list Management certification.

Edith Alvarez

Regional Manager for LPM

Edith Alvarez is the Regional Manager for LPM. Edith began working in the affordable housing industry as an Onsite Manager at one of the Amerland Group properties. Edith has experience with Section 8 housing, HUD voucher requests, and tax credit and HUD compliance. Prior to working at LPM, Edith was in management for eleven years. Edith's qualifications include Crime Prevention Training, Novogradac Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Property Manager Certification, AHMA Intermediate Tax Credit Occupancy, Candi Atkins & Associates Occupancy Training for Multi-family HUD Housing and Quadel Consulting Certified Assisted Housing Manager - AHM.
